Viruses, Hacking And Other Offences

The misuse of our Websites by the knowing or reckless introduction of viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful is strictly prohibited. Any breach of the above provisions constitutes a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Liquidz will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any virus or other technologically harmful material that might affect the computer equipment of any user, any computer programmes data or other proprietary material arising from the use of the Website or any material displayed upon it.

Law and jurisdiction
